Just thought I'd touch base with everyone about the RP plans, and see what's going on, what needs to happen, and where to go from here. I've been back on 2 the boards since last Wednesday (Omni, Trans), but haven't really had anything to post. Mostly I've been trying to gather up what I missed.
I must admit, I'm a little disappointed that Omni stagnates without me. It was only supposed to be my basic multiverse idea that served as a story foundation for the forum, and anything else was up to the players. I need you all to know that Omnilocke is not a dictatorship, and I am not its tyrant. My job there is to archive forum topics, check applications for accuracy, and see to it that any characters adhere to the principles of the foundation, which was not built alone.
I do also feel the need to remind everyone, that NPC can and SHOULD be used publicly. I am not Harajah's owner, and if you'll notice, his application is purposely vague. I truly encourage players to make use of NPCs as they see fit, and to act out plots on their own. If a character I play is needed, then that's a different story, and I will be more than happy to oblige.
As far as plots go, there is nothing set in stone. The forum's great master plan is that there IS no master plan. Again, I am not the final say as to what your characters do or don't do. I may propose ideas, but I will not enforce them. From what I understand, there will be no Twilight Zone plot, as I have not recieved further insight for the idea. Likewise, the plot with Breaker LD's kidnapping is not my plot to direct. That is LD and KT's idea, and it is up to them to tell me to do what and when.
Now that those things are out of the way, I have noticed that nothing is happening. At all. D: And it's not just me with a lack of posting, as my only active character right now is Spider-Man, and he's waiting for Fleetway Sonic, Shadow, and Cmage to do something. I'm on the bench right now waiting for someone to say to me "Let's do this!" but it seems no one is willing at present to oblige.
Therefore, I'll present a few ideas to get things rolling again, but I cannot and will not press them. This is a plot discussion, so let's discuss! I want to hear how I can serve YOUR plans.
LD/Greed - LD ought to meet with Onmyo and find out about Greed's multiversal fighting arena. She can spaz out with stress over Greed's apathy, and will visit a bar. Cougar, Falcon, and Flash should be at this bar having a celebration of their victory over the monster. A somewhat drunk Flash could try to invite LD to the back of the Flashmobile, which would spur the idea to unleash Flash on Greed's Eden. To keep that from turning into a self-service, Greed could maybe hire Little Mac or someone to keep Flash out.
Onmyo/Rai - It seems Cocoa is leaning towards that silly fanfic I wrote with Electro and Onmyo. XD If that is to happen, Onmyo will need to find Electro somewhere, as Electro is currently uninvolved. I think the plot should move in a different direction though, since I only wrote that fic to twiddle with Electro's personality. Rai is also not so violent that he wants Onmyo dead. Rather he respects the Breaker's potential, but is infuriated at its waste. Rai is more likely to want to train Onmyo to become like himself, because he can't stand seeing someone so uncorrupted. I'll let you turn the gears on where to go next, Cocoa.
Spider-Man/Cmage/Fleetway - At present I'm waiting for LD and TK to do their thing with their insane hedgies, so Spiderman can drop in on Cmage. Though on the subject of the Fleetways, I think it goes without saying that Eggman and Shadow should get involved. That could also get Otaku or Onisei in on something for the time being as well.
I have a few other ideas in mind, but this is just my little nudge. Please add ideas of your own to get things going again.

Eh, I've noticed that my current border breaker needs to get more involved in things. Albeit, thankfully, we're moving ahead with that, but it feels like my character(s) know absolutely noone! XD Regardless, I'm hoping that apping both Tony Stark and Roadbuster will help motivate me to stay more involved with this site. I don't have any major plot events in my mind right now, but I'd be happy to join in on a few others.

Nudging is certainly needed for the Spider-man/Cmage/Fleetway plot. Cmage wants to do stuff! XD
As for my other characters, Luffy is with Zoro in FFXI's world, Omega has gone back to Eggman, Red and Roy are with Bo, Perona and Haken are eagerly awaiting Servbot to return so that their adventure in the Mushroom Kingdom may continue and Teddie is waiting for Randalph.
Optimus Prime, Negi, and Joe are on the sidelines and need to get off the bench so if anyone wnats to interact with them give me a heads up.

I'm also thinking about working on a plot involving the Persona 4 world. Basic ideas at the moment, I want see if anyone is interested before I start working on it.

Seeing as LD has YET ANOTHER "ZOMG MUST PROTECT!" follower... I could see her being "GREED, I WILL FUCKING KILL YOU!" and Shirou having to more or less hold her back to keep her from doing so. Thus, bar trip and Flash idea. >3

To be fair, part of the stagnating was very much my fault, as I vanished from both boards for ages as well. ^_^;
I'm at a little bit of an impasse with some of my characters. Marlowe in particular... I think she needs to have been doing something off camera but I haven't worked out what. Possibly researching the Zen and trying to find a way to build an immunity. Which could have gone well or badly, really. I can see her getting more used to not having a lot of power, and the fact her strongest ability is a debuff anyway makes it fit. If people are okay with it, I could see her getting a version of her goggles made that ISN'T daimu based, so she can carry on using them. If she's being the observation one, it'd make sense for her to have that immune to Zen/Disruptor pulses as a priority.
Haha, and/or actually doing her job and patching things, instead of being caught up in drama continually like LD. XD I'll happily throw her into any thread.
Squid and I have some plans for BreakerTK and Skotia. Leighton meanwhile is still kinda set to kill, and likely to fly off the handle a bit as soon as he finds out what happened re: Mesure, Skotia and Harajah. I'm very tempted for him to go take some potshots at Cassian, which is unlikely to go well for either of them. Though if I am updating Leighton to SoM-version, maybe less badly than it might otherwise.
(If I do use that version, it also makes more sense why Cassian is so broken, and why the Agency could want him, now that I think of it. If I take that route it opens up a few more things with him... and would also give a reason why he wouldn't do anything but proxy-dive when we get to Cosmosphere shenanigans.)
Kiz, I'm happy to throw at any Zen or Agency characters that want them.
Simon... I'm tempted to gloss over that last thread, it's been so long I'm not sure it'll get finished. So he's probably wandering around somewhere.
Mesure is still being mysterious and potentially ruining everyone's plans, as he's good at that. And avoiding Leighton because they're probably going to have a bit of an argument next time they meet. XD

OH. Right. Blue Zen is going to have to stand trial for the death of Nero/Dark, and I thought he may go seeking Mesure for guidance afterwards either by chance or because Mesure is just that awesome and knows when stuff's going down.

I also realised that not only does Cassian have the Ethersiphon, he knows about the disruptor and has a happy happy Zen killing disc and the order to escalate the conflict.

Okay, so in my period of FAILING TO PLAY MARLOWE AT ALL, I have decided she has been doing roughly this:
Getting her goggles upgraded to being not Daimu based, so they still have some functionality in face of Zen and disruptor effects. Observing the Zen where she can, and experimenting with their radiation, trying to get used to fighting in face of it. She's possibly spoken to some, but left before it could get nasty. Realising that nobody is actually doing the job she signed up for any more, and then travelling around and patching the hell out of things. Currently in MEGAX because so much seems to be going on there, she's wondering why.
